19.6.2025 before proceeding further in erecting the Cell Tower by the 4
respondent by considering the objections of the petitioner and others
untenable. He submits that
ground No.1 is that the cell tower is situated on the stop of an
unauthorized building. Drawing the attention ... gist of the dispute is now centered around the proposed cell
tower being constructed on top of an unauthorized construction.
The first
villagers have put
pressure on me for stopping the erection of cell tower. In
