01.07.2009 following which the Plaintiff was leaking urine from
her vagina ... suffering from ureterovaginal fistula left side as a
complication of cesarean section which the Plaintiff had

complainant delivered a baby girl named
Zia, by the cesarean section in Holy Family
Hospital, New Delhi. Because of the mental
stress and tension caused
result of disseminated intravascular coagulation consequent
upon lower segment cesarean section which was performed by
Dr.Nepash Kacker under the guidance of Dr.Lily Dahiya
result of disseminated intravascular coagulation consequent
upon lower segment cesarean section. Admittedly the C-Section
was not performed by Dr.Sonal Dahiya
hospital. On the basis of said statement, FIR No.
208/14 under Sec. 323 / 452 / 313 / 34 IPC was registered at PS Khajuri Khas.

section in view of transverse lie and placenta previa with continued bleeding
registered only on an order passed by such Court in an
application u/s 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
Raj Kishore Goel vs. The State ... respondents, revisionist
and his wife agreed to undergo delivery by cesarean section
surgery at the nursing home of the respondents i.e. Shivani

Court did not even examine the petitioner after
dismissal of application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. It is stated
