delivered her baby through Cesarean section on the same day.
Therefore, the allegation that the petitioner was physically ... petitioner had given
birth to a girl child on 25.08.2013 through Cesarean section
and Annexure A4 birth certificate.
3. I heard the learned Public Prosecutor
case are as follows:
The Original Petition was filed under Section 10(1)(x) of the
Divorce Act, 1869 (for brevity ... forced to
engage in physical relations. She delivered three children via cesarean
sections, and during her bed rest, the respondent forcefully had sex with

chance of need for cesarean section. Mental status of

induction and thereby cesarean section and has a
neonatal survival of 80%, but with the risk
absence of a Medical Board as
contemplated under Section 3(2C) of the Medical
Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Act, 2021.
