33. PW2 on this aspect deposed that he belonged to
scheduled caste category. Copy of caste certificate was
proved ... Ramwati belonged to Jatav chamar caste which was
recognized as a scheduled caste under the Constitution
(Scheduled Caste) Part-C, Order, 1951 read with
daughter of
Sh. 'M' belongs to Jatav or Jatav Chamar Caste. He further
testified that the above said certificate was issued ... knowledge that if Rajesh Prajapati and his
wife belongs to scheduled Caste (chamar
jati). It is correct that the elder brother of

PW4 - Tarun deposed that on 01.04.2003 Durga
Prasad had encroached
Kashmir area.
He had no knowledge that accused belongs to "Chamar" caste.
7. PW 1 deposed that on 22.12.92 he was Field Officer ... also deposed that he also belongs to schedule caste and his
caste is "Chamar". DW 3 is real younger brother of accused
Bullock Cart and has buffalo. He belongs to
Scheduled Caste Sub Caste Chamar. Houses adjoining to
his house belongs to person of Brhamin Caste ... that he knew the accused
and he belongs to Scheduled Caste Sub Caste Chamar. He
has been visiting terms with the accused. He has never
them. All the three accused persons called him with
caste remarks ie., "Chamar". He is Jatav by caste. Thereafter, his
neighbours came ... lost
of his caste certificate and same was Ex. PW1/E. As per the caste
certificate his caste is Jatav Chamar which was mentioned
profession. He further deposed that their family
belong to Jatav (Chamar) caste. Accused persons Shamsher
@ Kale, Ashok and Leele live in their neighborhood ... that as per their record,
the applicant belongs to 'Jatav Chamar Caste' under schedule
caste community. The certificate in this regard was issued
does not have any caste certificate but she belongs to
Chamar caste, which comes under SC category. She further
FIR No. 427/17. State ... Mundawar, Alwar, Rajasthan, whereby it
was reported that complainant belongs to Chamar caste.
5. During further investigation, eye witnesses Vijay Kr.
Gautam and Sanwar
complainant has been shown as a member belonging to
'Jaatav/Chamar' caste from the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate,
Punjabi Bagh Sub Division ... Caste, even if that person
in fact belongs to the 'Chamar' caste, because use of such a word will
hurt his feelings
Saroj Bala
belongs to his village and she belongs to schedule caste(chamar).
He was numberdar of village and on 14.10.2014, he had issued ... produced the record of caste certificate issued to Ved Prakash. The
certificate has been issued for caste 'Jatav Chamar'. The copy
