this witness that 'neither the meter was checked with accumeter
nor was got checked ... examination that, 'meterreader had not made report as to whether
the meter was running or not; meter was not checked with accu

petitioner on 13/11/2002 and checked the
meter installed by it. The said meter was checked in presence
of representative of the petitioner company ... observations made by the appellate authority that the
meter belongs to the petitioner was checked on 13/11/2002
