forged the cheque. Therefore, the defacto complainant has given a
complaint before ... defacto complainant has not given any cheque. The revision
petitioner has stolen the cheque and forged the cheque. The cheque was
sent to the handwriting

under the bounced cheque. Signature on the Ex.P.1/
cheque was forged by the respondent/ complainant.

27. As per the prosecution a forged cheque of Rs. 1,19,000/- drawn on
ICICI Bank Limited, Connaught Place ... suggests that he
was not even aware that the alleged forged cheque was signed by the accused
Rehan.
29. Further, no witness has been examined
alleged that the said amount was withdrawn on
the basis of forged cheque and thus the respondents and its
employees were negligent in performing their
petition to
send the cheque for an expert opinion on the ground that, the
signature found in the cheque is forged.

counsel further submitted that the burden is cast upon

Final hearing
from the complainant Gopal Rai and gave him
forged cheque. Thus, they cheated with the complainant.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants
account of different villagers/farmers on the
basis of the forged cheque, however, the same was false which would be
evident as the persons ... charge of the Seva Samiti on the
basis of the forged cheque withdrew an amount of Rs.302724/-, which was of
bonus, thereafter after investigation
