the first cheque in that book. 782460 is the lost
cheque ... that book. If the lost cheque i.e. 782460
reached the bank for collection on 30.12.93 in
normal and reasonable course the first cheque
same were returned dishonoured with the
remarks "said cheque reported lost by the drawer".
Respondent No. 2 thereafter upon issuance of notices ... same was
returned as dishonoured with the remarks "SAID
CHEQUE REPORTED LOST BY THE
DRAWER". This intimation was received by the
complainant from
house on
20.7.1998 to return the loan by an account payee cheque which having been
dishonoured when presented; a complaint petition was filed.
