Learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners
seeks permission to withdraw the special leave petitions in view of
the order dated 8.9.2022, passed by the Telangana High Court in
Criminal Petition No. 1072/2021, “M/s Jagati Publication Ltd. vs.
Enforcement Directorate”. He states that, in case the aforesaid
decision is reversed or challenged before this Court, the
petitioners may file an application to revive the present special
leave petitions.
