His further submission is that it was on the respondent-Board to establish and prove that the property in question had in fact been dedicated to the Wakf, by producing document of dedication or any other acceptable evidence, which the
Board has failed to produce in the present
case. According to him, unless this onus is
discharged by the Board the property in
question could not have been held as that of
the Wakf.
