35. The Supreme Court, in appeal confirmed the aforesaid
decision of the Kerala High Court (Kunjukutty Sahib v. State of Kerala
AIR 1972 SC 2097). Shortly thereafter, the aforesaid amending Act of
1969 was brought into 9th Schedule by the parliament and thus the whole
amending Act referred to above got revived (29th Amendment, 1972).
