K. Krishnappa vs Registrar Evaluation on 9 October, 1991
11. The Bihar School Examination Board v. Subhas Chandra Sinha and Ors. pressed into service by the learned Counsel for the University in my opinion aptly applies to the facts of these cases, in the said Decision the Supreme Court has stated in para-13 that where it is not a case of any particular individual who is being charged with adoption of unfair means but to condemn the examination as ineffective for the purpose it was held, it is not necessary to give an opportunity to all the candidates to represent their cases when the examinations as a whole were being cancelled.
