In view of the aforesaid statement made at the Bar by the
learned counsel, we direct that the case, being ST No. 625/2016
titled as “State Vs. Durga Kamle & Ors.” be made over to Ms. Rachna
Singh, Additional District Judge, along with other connected
trials.
