Thus, to debilitate Defendants' claim of prior use, Plaintiff must illustrate their prior use on the basis of documents which can validate the claimed user date. Having perused the documents on record, the Court is unable to discern use by Plaintiff since 1990. The earliest invoice and advertisement showing commercial use of "CAMPUS" for footwear is of the year 1998.
