In view of the report of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalandhar, the
compromise (Annexure P-2) and the principles laid down in conspectus of
aforesaid judicial precedents, no useful purpose would be served by continuing
the proceedings. Therefore, this petition is allowed FIR No. 120, dated
30.09.2021 registered under Sections 279, 337, 338, 427 of Indian Penal
Code at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar and all the subsequent
proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed, qua the petitioner.
In view of the report of Judicial Magistrate First Class,
Gidderbaha, the compromise dated 30.07.2022 (Annexure P-3) and the
principles laid down in conspectus of aforesaid judicial precedents, no useful
purpose would be served by continuing the proceedings. Therefore, this
petition is allowed and FIR No. 75, dated 03.06.2019 registered under
Sections 452, 324, 323 and 34 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station
Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib (P-1) and all the subsequent
proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed, qua the petitioners.
In view of the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kapurthala the
compromise (Annexure P-2) and the principles laid down in conspectus of
aforesaid judicial precedents, no useful purpose would be served by
continuing the proceedings. Therefore, this petition is allowed and FIR
