In the light of this observation, we will have to
consider as to whether the order passed by the learned
Single Judge dated 2-4-2019 [Shyam Steel Industries Ltd.
v. Shyam Sel & Power Ltd., 2019 SCC OnLine Cal 9130],
could be construed as a "judgment" within the meaning
of Clause 15 of the Letters Patent.
