She also submitted that in Original Application No.1269/2013 (Shri Anil Kumar v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi and another), the Principal Bench of this Tribunal vide its order dated 26.05.2015 cancelled the recovery ordered against the applicant therein on the basis of law laid down by the Honble Supreme Court in the case of Rafiq Masih (supra). She, therefore, prayed that the applicant, who is going to retire in this month, deserves to be given similar relief and the recovery order dated 22.1.2016 issued against him deserves to be quashed.
