9. While relying on the judgments passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court
in the matters of Vilet Issac vs. Union of India reported in (1991) 1 SCC 725
and Radhamony Amma Vs. State of Kerala reported in 2002(1) LLN 295,
it was submitted that the petitioner being the widow of the deceased employee
is also entitled for family pension.
