This revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 12.06.2020 passed by Special Judge, (POCSO)-01, Ghazipur, dismissing the Juvenile Criminal Appeal No.37 of 2020 (Manish Bind alias Lalla vs. State of U.P.), under Section 53 of the the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (for short 'the Act') and affirming an order of Juvenile Justice Board, Ghazipur dated 17.03.2020 refusing the bail plea of the revisionist in Case Crime No.603 of 2019 (State vs. Manish Bind alias Lalla), under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 34, 307 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur.
