Rosario and Ors.: W.P.No.40105/2017 (GM-CPC) decided
on 16.10.2017 wherein this Court has reaffirmed the settled
position of law that it is for the parties to establish their claim
by adducing oral and documentary evidence; and a
commission cannot be issued for collecting the evidence for
any of the parties.
