2. The learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance
on a Division Bench decision (unreported) of this Court in Jose
K.P and others V. State of Kerala and others (to which I was
also a party) to contend that appropriate directions may be
issued to the respondents to prevent the autorickshaw drivers
from parking their vehicles in front of the petitioner's shop room.
