indicate the complicity of the petitioner with the alleged

offence. Moreover, no notice under Section 41-A of
Cr.P.C. was ever served upon the petitioner and co-
accused has been granted the benefit of ad interim
anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.12.2023 passed in
CRM-M-61965-2023 titled as 'Sunita Vs. State of
Haryana.'
