We are, therefore, clearly of the opinion
that this part of the judgment does not need to be
revisited, and consequently, there is no need to
refer Nagaraj [M. Nagaraj v. Union of India, (2006) 8 SCC
212 : (2007) 1 SCC (L&S) 1013] to a seven-Judge Bench.
