4. Relying on a Single Bench decision of this Court in
G.M.Sheik and others v. Raja Biri Private Ltd and others
[MANU/KE/2950/2022 ]; the learned counsel for the appellants
would argue that there cannot be an ex parte injunction or ad
hoc interlocutory order in respect of any matters beyond the
scope of Section 135(2) of the Trade Marks Act and hence the
impugned order passed by the learned District Judge is devoid
of legal sanctity.
