Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the issue in controversy in this writ petition is very limited and that the simple question is whether the recognition of the petitioner could have been withdrawn contrary to Section 17(1) of the NCTE Act. He submits that the issue is covered by the judgment of the High Court of Kerala in Hindi Prachara Kendra College of Teacher Education v. NCTE dated 24 July 2023 in WP (C) 11427 of 2022.
