10. Strong reliance was placed on the decision of this Court in Kotha Srinivasa Rao v. Ganta Nagaratnam and Anr. , wherein this Court held that impleading new party in execution proceedings under the Act is not permissible and the provisions of Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure are not applicable at the stage of execution.
