Similar is the ratio laid down by the Division Bench of this
Court in the case of Ramanbhai Bhikhabhai Machhi (supra).
It is pertinent to note that some clashes have taken place
between police personnel who were in civil dress as admitted
by one of the witness and villagers wherein number of
accused have been roped in and therefore, at least two
witnesses should be found to be trustworthy.
