This application under section 482 Cr. P. C. has been filed challenging the summoning order dated 22.06.2019 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge, (S.D.), Court No. 4, Mathura, in Complaint Case No. 6026 of 2017 (Achal Sharma Vs. Ramveer and Others), under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 452, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Nauhjheel, District Mathura, as well as the order dated 09.02.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Court No. 10, Mathura, District Mathura in Criminal Revision No. 75 of 2020, (Ramveer and Another Vs. State of U.P. and Another) whereby the aforementioned revision arising out of summoning order dated 22.06.2019 has been dismissed as well as the entire proceedings of aforementioned complaint case.
