264 : 2022 SCC OnLine Del 739, it is a settled position in
law that it is not permissible for any party to seek an
injunction on the termination of an agreement in the case of
a determinable contract. Considering the nature and scope
of the present proceedings, such an exercise cannot be
undertaken by this Court.
