Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board vs The Manager Vijaya Bank And Another on 5 August, 1996
The Trial Court relying on a Division Bench judgement of this Court in M. V. Jannu v. Mrs. L. M. Raikar (supra), held that the petitioner had submitted to the jurisdiction of the Civil Court. As stated earlier the Division Bench judgement of this Court was based on a review taken by the High Court of Calcutta, reported in AIR 1943 Calcutta 484.
