7. Admittedly, the petitioners are A3 and A4 in the above said three cases
and after trial, they were convicted and sentenced as tabulated above. At this
juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners placed reliance of the judgment
of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23379 of 2021 (R.Vinod Vs. State rep. by Inspector of
Police and 2 others), dated 08.03.2022. The relevant portion of the above
judgment of this Court is extracted hereunder:
