20.3 A coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of
Rajkumar Vajantri v. State of Karnataka & Ors.,6 noticing the
facts in the said case held that the evidence was insufficient to sustain
the allegations even on the scale of preponderance of probabilities.
Hence, it is clear that the case of Rajkumar Vajantri6 also will not
aid the case of the petitioner.
