76. It is a settled law that refund cannot be withheld merely because
the deducted tax is not reflecting in Form26AS, as long as it can be
shown the tax has indeed been deducted. Reliance is placed on the
decision ofHon'ble High Court of Allahabad in U.P. Rajya Nirman
Sahakari Sangh Ltd. v. UOI [2025] 179taxmann.com 615 (Allahabad) in
