In the proceedings in AP No.
157/2008 (Magma Shrachi Finance Ltd. Vs. Phurdan Lama), a
Receiver had been appointed and by Order dated 01.10.2008,
the machine was sold by the Receiver for Rs. 13 lakhs and the
amount of Rs. 13.59 lakhs was handed over under the order of
the High Court of Calcutta to defendant no.2.
