In Vishvas Aba Kurane v. State of Maharashtra their Lordships of the Supreme Court indicated that in a free fight no right of private defence is available to either party and each individual is responsible for his own acts.
In another case Vishvas Aba Kurane v. State of Maharashtra (16), Hon'ble the Apex Court while expressing the same view held that it is well settled that in a free fight, no right of private defence is available to either party and each individual is responsible for his own acts.
