[3] Therefore, the present petition is disposed of with
the direction to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation,
Indore to consider the grievance of the petitioner. The

petitioner is directed to submit a fresh and detailed
representation along with supported documents and certified
copy of this order. If such representation is submitted, the
same shall be considered in accordance with law keeping in
view of the judgment passed by Division Bench of this
Court in the case of Indore Municipal Corporation, Indore
and another v/s Ashok s/o Ramasre Avasthi [Writ Petition
No.3020 of 2009 (S) - decided on 15.12.2009].
