In view of the factual position which appears to admit of hardly
any doubt, that is, of the petitioner's involvement in the complaint of Bhim
Singh, the judgments relied upon by learned counsel, including one by the
undersigned (Nirotam Parshad v. State of Haryana and others, 2014 (4)
S.C.T. 86) are of no assistance to him.
