This Court had also in a recent judgment reported as Fibre Bond (Sales) Pvt. Ltd. v. Smt. Chand Rani, 1993 Vol. 25 D.R.J. 382 held to that effect. The respondent is thus justified in turning down the offer at this stage and the revision petition is to be diposed of on merits.
