He further submits that another Appeal, being ITA 22 of
2015, titled Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. v. Deputy
Commissioner of Income-Tax, raising identical issues, stands
admitted by this Court vide its order 24.09.2015. He submits that
therefore, the present appeal deserves to be admitted on the questions
of law as framed in the appeal.
