In view of the aforesaid submissions and in the facts of the case, the writ
petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to consider and
decide the representation by a speaking order in the light of judgments rendered
by this Court in SWP No.1101/2015 (Yaser Hussain and others v. State and
others), SWP No.1098/2015 ( Mohd Jaffer and others v. State and others,) and
SWP No.1100/2015 ( Mohd Rafi and others v. State and ors.), within a period of
six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
