Considering the limited prayer, the present petition is disposed off with a direction upon the respondent no. 1 to hear and decide the Mutation Case No. 214/337 of 2019, Gulab Chandra Vs. Jai Chandra, under Section 35 of Land Revenue Code, 2006 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
