15. It is also to be noted that the authorities relied by the applicant in the
matter of Krushnakant B. Parmer Vs. UOI and in the matter of Satnam Singh
Pabla Vs. Delhi Power company. Ltd., are not applicable to the applicant's
case since in the matter of Krushnakant B.Parmer he was prevented from
attending the duty by the one of the authorities of the respondent as well in
the matter of Satnam Singh Pabla the notice was not sent to the said Satnam
Singh Pabla at his Canadian address.
