Sangh (supra) as the petitioner therein was a cooperative society,
it was held that the provisions of the Act were not applicable to it
in terms of Section 3(x) of the Act. The said judgment also did not
deal with the issue in hand and as such the judgments cited has
no application to the facts of the present case.
