46. Relying on the observations in the aforesaid case, the Hon'ble
High Court of Delhi in the case Retail Royalty Company & Anr. (Supra),
awarded damages to the tune of Rs. 3 lacs to the Plaintiffs therein while
observing that the Defendant has blatantly infringed the trademark of the
Plaintiffs and also failed to appear before the said court.
