14. As noticed, Shri Raghvendra Dixit, learned counsel for
the employer fairly admitted that the employer's case is
covered by the order passed by this Court in Rameshwar Dayal
Shrivastava (supra). Apart from this, it is seen that the Tribunal
has marshaled the pleadings and evidence on record and
given a finding of fact that the workman has worked for more
than 240 days in a calender year. The following table is
