also cited. It was urged that when a co-sharer sells individual share
in joint property, such sale is always subject to partition [ Ref.:Pokhar
[dead] by Lrs. & Ors. Vs. Ram Singh, JT 2001 [10] SC, 110 and
Nasib Kaur & Ors. Vs. Colonel Surat Singh & Ors. [2013] 5 SCC,
218].
