12. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that different
High Courts have held different views on MACP. He submits that the
Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka in WP No. 201842/2019 in the case of
Union of India and ors Vs. Sri. Vishwanath has taken a different view to
that of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras in the matter of MACP. The
