We are of the further view that in view of the Supreme Court decision, it was not necessary for this Court to look into the decision of the Bombay High Court in Achalpur Municipality v. Nandkishore (supra) while considering the validity of the provisions of Section 127 (1) (xvi) of the Act in Monji v. State (supra).
