(13) Learned advocate for the petitioner has also
relied upon judgement dated 06.05.2013
passed by this Court in Special Civil
Application No.6126 of 2001, in support of
his case. He has also relied upon judgement
of Division Bench of this Court passed in
Special Civil Application No.12875 of 2013
dated 04.10.2013 in view of the aforesaid
position of law and change in circumstances.
As respondent No.4 of each of the petition
are working since so many years, at this
stage, it would not be appropriate to set
aside their appointment orders, more
particularly Government Resolution dated
06.10.1998 is not in force. Learned advocate
for the petitionerSchool has also relied
upon judgement in the case of Sonalben
Vasudev Prasad Jani Vs. Municipal Girls High
School, 2001 (2) G.L.H. 783.
