The High Court of Jharkhand in Didar Singh's case (supra) has also considered this point at length and rightly held that in case the trial is not completed within sixty days from the first date fixed for evidence, the release of accused on bail is not mandatory but it depends upon the reasons to be recorded by the Magistrate for refusal to release the accused on bail.
