24. On 05.03.2015, this Court disposed of the Writ Petition
(captioned M/s Biological E Limited and Anr. v. National
Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority and Ors, bearing W.P. (C) 9308 of
2014) with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, assailing the
impugned Review Order. This Court further directed that the interim
relief granted by the Division Bench of this Court would remain valid
for four weeks.
